401(k) & 403(b) Plans Overview

Helping Employers Meet Their Fiduciary Obligations

As a fee only advisor, Wabash Capital has accepted fiduciary responsibility for employer sponsored 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans since 2001. Employers have the option to transfer their investment-related fiduciary decisions to us, reducing their liability and freeing them from many of the time consuming obligations that are part of offering their employees a retirement plan.

We help improve retirement plan governance by implementing a documented decision-making process for the employer and providing personalized investment advice for the participant. Our goal is to improve participant outcomes while reducing employer fiduciary liability.
